Pull into Tsitsikamma Forest Village and follow the signs. Check in at least an hour before your slot, sign your indemnity and let the crew take it from there.

Frequently asked questions

On the N2 between Plettenberg Bay and Storms River in the Tsitsikamma, Garden Route. The turnoff is signposted as Tsitsikamma Forest Village. You'll drive over the bridge before you reach the turnoff, the entrance is on the left coming from Cape Town, on the right from Port Elizabeth.

Yes. Follow the parking signs as you turn in at Tsitsikamma Forest Village. From the parking area it is a short walk to the Face Adrenalin base, which is where you check in and where your day properly starts.

We are open 9am to 5pm, seven days a week, all year round, public holidays included. Bear in mind that check-in is an hour before your booked slot, so the last activities of the day go out well before closing.

At least 48 hours ahead to get the time you want, and further out over school holidays, long weekends and December, when the morning slots go first. Booking ahead matters most for the full adventure package, which needs a longer window on the bridge than a single experience.

Your ID or passport, especially if you are under 18. Sunscreen, because there is no shade on the bridge. A jacket for the wind. Closed shoes you can walk in and clothes you can move in. Leave valuables and loose items with your group before you head out onto the bridge. Your activity is filmed and photographed by the crew, so that part is covered.
