We are open 9am to 5pm, seven days a week, all year round, public holidays included. Book your slot in advance and arrive an hour before it. The only thing that closes us is weather, and that means electrical storms or gale force winds, nothing less.

Yes. Turn in at the Tsitsikamma Forest Village entrance off the N2 and follow the parking signs. The Face Adrenalin base, where you check in, is a short walk from the parking area. There is nothing to book or arrange in advance, just pull in and follow the signage.

Yes. Book at least 48 hours ahead to get the time slot you want. Over school holidays, long weekends and December, book earlier than that, because the morning slots go first. You are welcome to arrive on the day and we will do our best to fit you in, but we cannot promise a slot. Booking ahead matters most for the full adventure package, which needs a longer window on the bridge than a single experience.

Absolutely. Friends and family can watch from the restaurant deck at the base, which looks straight out at the bridge. For a closer view, book them onto a SkyWalk tour and they can watch from the bridge itself, metres from the platform. It is the best seat in the house, and since the SkyWalk starts at age 8, younger members of the group do not have to sit it out.

It depends on the experience. The bungy is 14 and over. The SkyWalk and the Zipline are open from age 8, with younger and lighter children ziplining tandem with a parent or guardian. There is no upper age limit on any of them and no fitness requirement for the SkyWalk. Anyone under 18 needs proof of ID and consent from a parent or guardian on the day. Because the full adventure package includes the bungy, the 14 year minimum applies to the package as a whole.

Yes. For the bungy you need to weigh between 35kg and 150kg. The SkyWalk and the Zipline take anyone up to 150kg. These limits are set by the cord, the harness and the rigging rather than by you, and the crew weighs everyone at check-in so the right setup goes on the right person. It takes a minute and nobody makes anything of it.

Comfortable clothes you can move in and closed shoes you can walk in. You will be in a full body harness the whole time, so skip skirts and dresses. The bridge is always colder and windier than the car park, so bring a jacket or a layer even on a hot day. Empty your pockets and leave loose items, hats and sunglasses with your group before you head out onto the bridge.

Your ID or passport, especially if you are under 18. Sunscreen, because there is no shade on the bridge. A jacket for the wind. A camera for everything before and after, though it stays behind when you head out to the platform. The crew films and photographs your activity on the day, so capturing it is not something you need to worry about.

Rain or shine, the bridge stays open. We operate in almost any weather, year round. The only conditions that stop us are electrical storms and gale force winds, and that call is made on the day by the crew. If we do have to close on your booking date, you can reschedule, take a voucher or get a full refund. Expect it to be cooler and windier out on the bridge than it is at ground level, so dress for that rather than for the car park.

None at all. No experience, no certification, no training, no head for heights required in advance. The crew handles every technical part of it: fitting your harness, running the safety checks, clipping you in and sending you off. Most people who jump here have never done anything like it before. Showing up is the hard part.

Yes. Jump again on the same day and you get a discounted rate on your second jump. Come back within 7 days and there is a returning jumper rate as well. Bring proof of your first jump and mention it when you book or at check-in rather than after you have paid.

Arrive an hour before your booked time. That hour covers check-in, your indemnity forms, the weigh-in, getting harnessed and the full safety briefing, and none of it is padding. If you are on the first slot of the day at 9am, arrive at 8:30. Turning up late usually means moving to a later slot, and on a busy day there may not be one.
