29 years
on the edge
Face Adrenalin started with a single bridge and a single jump. Since 1997, Bloukrans has become the home of the world’s best bungy jump, and grown into three of South Africa’s most extreme adventures. The story is still being written, one jump at a time.
Where it
all began
It started with a vision to bring the rush of bungy jumping to South Africa’s most dramatic landscape. The Bloukrans Bridge rises 216 metres above the Bloukrans River Gorge in Tsitsikamma, and in 1997 it became home to the world’s best bungy jump. What began as a single leap of faith has grown into Face Adrenalin, three of South Africa’s most extreme adventures, all from one bridge.
By the numbers
Half a million jumps. Zero compromises. Twenty-seven years of doing this properly, on the same bridge, with the same standards, every single day.

Adventurers
Bloukrans has welcomed Prince Harry, Springbok legends, world champion surfers, and adventurers from every corner of the globe. Everyone steps onto the same platform, faces the same 216 metres, and takes the same leap. The bridge doesn’t care who you are.
