Booking and Arrival

All activities should be booked at least 48 hours in advance. Please arrive on site one hour before your scheduled time, except for the 09h00 slot, which requires arrival at 08h30.

All participants are required to sign an indemnity form on the day of the activity. It is your responsibility to keep your booking reference confidential. We cannot be held liable for anyone else using your reference to jump in your booking slot.

Age and Weight Requirements

Age and weight requirements vary by experience. Please see the relevant experience page (Bungy, SkyWalk, Zipline) for current limits before booking. All jumpers under 18 are required to provide proof of identification on the day.

Booking Flexibility

If you need to change your jump time, simply call our office with your details, and we will gladly assist with rescheduling your jump or SkyWalk Tour.

Cancellations

Should you need to cancel for any reason, please email us at book@faceadrenalin.com and we will arrange a refund. A 10% administration fee is levied on all refunds.

Delays and Weather

We make every effort to run activities as close to your booked time as possible. Circumstances beyond our control may occasionally cause delays. We operate in most weather conditions, including rain, but are unable to operate during electric thunderstorms or gale force winds. If we are unable to run your activity, or need to pause operations, you will be offered a voucher, a rescheduled booking, or a refund.

Medical Restrictions

Certain medical conditions may affect your ability to safely take part in our activities. If you have a condition such as pregnancy, high blood pressure, heart issues, neurological disorders, epilepsy, acute or chronic knee or back disorders, or a condition affecting the skeleton, muscles, or nervous system, please speak to us before booking. Some conditions may not exclude you from participating, but a medical certificate may be required.

Dress Requirements

For safety reasons, all jumpers are required to wear shoes to traverse the walkway.

Participant Responsibility

• All participants take part in our activities at their own risk.
• It is essential to follow all directions from our operations staff.
• Damaging or defacing the bridge or equipment is strictly prohibited.
• We reserve the right to remove non-compliant individuals from the site.
• We reserve the right to refuse participation, for any reason.

Ownership of Visual Material

Any visual material taken of participants on our premises or during any activity becomes the property of Face Adrenalin. We may use this material at our discretion for any purpose.

Your Data

Information collected during booking and check-in is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time to reflect changes in our operations or legal requirements. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
